A man was stabbed in the head by a lunatic, who then jumped to his death from a rooftop in Lower Manhattan on Wednesday morning, cops said. The two men were arguing inside a building near Canal Street and Orchard Street around 10 a.m. when the older man used a knife to stab the 43-year-old victim, cops said. It was unclear what the dispute was about.
