Ball Hall of Famer and current TNT analyst Shaquille O’Neal is stretching out his business to the publicizing scene.
The Wall Street Journal reports that O’Neal is an establishing accomplice and financial backer in another promotion office named The Majority Agency, which is centered around presenting ability from assorted foundations.
“Most offices actually battle to meet a 25% variety target. We need to flip that variety proportion to transform the minority into the dominant part,” O’Neal disclosed to The WSJ.

The Majority Agency is intending to bring on board an assorted pool of ability that is characterized by “dark and earthy colored individuals, ladies and LGBTQ,” Omid Farhang, fellow benefactor, and CEO of Majority said. “The objective for our organization is to show how innovative yield changes when you flip that proportion,” Farhang said. “It’s as much about friendly value as a smart business choice.
